Where is arvos located and operated from?
arvos® is located on Sydney’s northern beaches in a surf town called Avalon.
What postal services does arvos use?
All our orders delivering within Australia and aboard will be sent through Australia Post with tracking.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Shipping to a PO Box is possible in Australia Only. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO boxes outside of Australia.
How much does shipping cost?
arvos® is happy to offer complimentary shipping on all AU orders over $80.00 AUD, on US orders over $250.00 U.S. and on EU orders over €250.00. If your order total is under our free shipping threshold, your delivery costs will be calculated at time of checkout.
Do I have to pay customs and import tax?
Unfortunately, local customs charges are not in our control. Please familiarise yourself of any import related fees that your local customs office may charge before placing your order. Delivery of orders outside of Australia may be subject to local import charges. As customs policies vary widely and are controlled by local governments, arvos Ã’ cannot be held responsible for any additional charges that apply once an order reaches its destination country.
Before shopping online with arvos®, we ask for you to be aware of any additional importation fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. We cannot class your international orders as ‘gifts’ to bypass or reduce any custom fees.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All in stock items are dispatched within a day on business days. A delivery time of 1-5 business days is expected for Australian orders, and 7-12 business days for International orders.. subject to any customs delays.
*Please note that during sales or new collection launches there may be a slight delay in processing and shipping out due to a high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience during these times.
How can I track my item?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email including all necessary shipping information that will allow you to track your shipment right up to delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your arvos® pieces, so if you’re not happy with your purchase we are happy to offer refunds on all full-priced purchases and store credits on sale items, subject to some limited exclusions.
If you have any questions regarding a return or want to check whether your order qualifies for a refund/credit please email arvos® info@arvosapparel.
How do I return an item?
Please reach out to us at [email protected] regarding your return items, please quote your order number and explain the reason of for your return. Once we have ensured the return criteria are met, we’ll prove you with the necessary instructions to return your item.
Where do I send my return to?
To submit a return please send an email to [email protected] including your order number, name, items you are returning, reason for your return and whether you wish to receive a refund or credit for the item/s. We will get back to you within two business days to provide you with all necessary return information.
Are returns free?
The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to arvos Ã’ for a credit or refund are at the customers own expense. Please note that returns must be sent to our warehouse located here in Australia.
How long does it take to process a return?
Although our orders go out quickly, it can take up to 14 days for returns to arrive at our warehouse depending on the service you use.  arvos® cannot take responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by arvos®.
Once your return is received, please allow two business days for our team to process it. We will be in touch with you via email to provide all further updates of its status.
Can I return an item purchased on sale or with a promo code?
All items are eligible for return providing they meet our general policy requirements.
Any items purchased on sale will be eligible for a store credit only and full priced products, reduced only by a promo code will still be eligible for a full refund.
What do I do if I received an incorrect or faulty item?
If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty item we apologise and kindly ask that you please send an email through to our friendly Customer Support at [email protected] detailing your order name and number along with your concern and an image of the fault or incorrect product received.
Can I return an item I purchased online at an arvos® store or stockist?
Currently, all orders must be returned to the place of purchase. Online orders cannot be returned to any of our stores or local stockists and must be returned to our warehouse for processing.

What payment methods does arvos® accept?
arvos® accepts Credit Cards, PayPal, Store-Credit and Gift Vouchers.

Can I change my address after placing my order?
If you have entered incorrect shipping details, please let us know immediately [email protected] and provide the correct details for us to correct if order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to fix this for you. However, once your order is sent all shipping factors are out of our control and rather in the hands of the carrier, so we kindly ask that you please rather reach out to them regarding the issue
Can I change or cancel my order?
As much as we would love to help, unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to it. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping details before checking out.Â
If you have any urgent changes please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will try our best to fix this prior to the order being dispatched. Please note however, we pack, and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.
I forgot to apply my promo code, can you amend?
If your discount code does not apply at checkout or you forget to apply it, unfortunately we are unable to rectify this once the order has been confirmed.
This includes adding the code once the order is placed or refunding for the amount of the discount. If you are having trouble with your discount code, please email [email protected] with the issue (before checkout) and our team will be happy to help.
How do I find the right size?
On every product page you will find an appropriate size information under the Size selection.
Please note that these are a general guide to arvos® model sizing and the measurements provided are to give you an approximate idea of what size you will be against your own measurements. Please also keep in mind that some styles may differ from our fit guide due to fabric composition etc, however we will note this in relevant products.

Do you restock items and sizes that have sold out?
We endeavour to maintain consistent arvos® basics styles to always be in stock, and if sizes sell out a restock is not too far away.
